Having the foundations of proper nutrition is essential for health now more than ever. This month -long program will begin with a Health History form to get essential information that will help me to understand your nutrition journey. Each one on one Zoom or Face-time session will focus on your individual needs whether it be weight loss or general wellness. All dietary preferences can be accommodated.
Twice a week ½ hour Zoom sessions. Exact time TBD around your schedule between the hours of 10am and 7pm
