Here’s a chance to let inspired wisdom from your bookshelf transform your daily life. In Yoga Book Club, new concepts and habits sink deep into your mind, body and spirit, creating profound, positive change. Led by certified master life coach and yoga instructor, Cory Halaby, classes include book discussion, coaching, self-reflection, yoga and meditation. Each season of Yoga Book Club offers a new layer of learning. Each class is centering, relaxing and fun, like a mini-retreat.

Session 1 features SWIMMING WITH ELEPHANTS, My Unexpected Pilgrimage from Physician to Healer by Sarah Seidelmann. As readers we'll follow along with Seidelmann's unusual, and at times hilarious, big adventure to find her true calling. As Yoga Book Clubbers, we'll borrow practices from her story to forge our own boldest, most inspired paths.

In Session 2 we'll read RADICAL ACCEPTANCE, Embracing Your Life with the Heart of a Buddha. Feelings of unworthiness and habits of self-judgement can be so familiar we barely notice them, and yet they skew our perceptions and can keep us from seeing clearly for a lifetime. These insecurities affect even hard-working, high achievers, draining their successes of true fulfillment and connection. RADICAL ACCEPTANCE by the renown meditation teacher, Tara Brach, Ph.D., is a compassionate and practical guide to reclaiming freedom and ease in each moment of your life.
