REFUND POLICY


Full Refund for a cancelled program.

Athletics: Upon making the roster for a team, a non-refundable fee of $250 for High School sports and $150 for Middle School sports is required. A family maximum may apply.

Activity Fees: Following the free introductory period during which students may explore their interest in various after school clubs and activities, the non-refundable fee of $150 for both High School and Middle School is required. This fee allows participation in multiple clubs and activities during the year.

Transportation: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to register for transportation. This deposit will be applied to the full amount of the fee upon completion of bus assignments. A family maximum will apply if more than two students ("household members") are registered. Transportation fees are not refundable if you choose not to use the transportation program once you have registered.

Preschool Program: Upon acceptance into the program, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required.

Wings Summer Program: A $50 non-refundable fee is required for each registration.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Please register for each student ("household member") individually.
If paying by check, check must be made payable to "Town of Wellesley".
NOTE: There will be a $25 additional fee for returned checks.
